OUR POLICIES

Guests will be required to observe the following policies:

  • Masks are optional for everyone upon entry to Collective Belleza.

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available for guests - must wash hands or sanitize hands.

  • Guests with appointments are only permitted to enter the spa & studio at their scheduled appointment time.

  • Guests may not bring children or friends into the spa or studio unless they have a scheduled appointment.

  • Guests are not permitted into the salon if they exhibit any symptoms that may be an indicator of any infection (i.e. congestion, runny nose, coughs, fevers, body aches, etc.).

  • Guests are asked to reschedule their appointment for 14 days later if they have been around anyone exhibiting symptoms that may be an indicator of any infection (i.e. congestion, runny nose, coughs, fevers, body aches, etc.).

  • Arriving at your appointment while exhibiting any symptoms and ignoring any of the above guidelines will lead to refusal of service and a partial payment for services, NO EXCEPTIONS

  • COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus that spreads from person to person. In addition to long-held and explicit sanitation measures this business has always adhered to, new preventative measures have been put in place to further reduce the spread of this novel coronavirus. However, these best practices still offer no guarantee regarding your potential risk of being infected.


Consent for Treatment at Booking

Esthetics involve maintaining touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.


Upon entering the Collective Belleza studio, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved from receiving treatment at this time, and you voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and release and hold harmless Guadalupe Aramburo and Collective Belleza from any claims related thereto. You give consent to receive treatment from Guadalupe Aramburo.


Cancellation Policy

A 24-hours notice is REQUIRED if  cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled appointment.  Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments; however, as a courtesy, confirmation is made 48-hours in advance via email and text.


Due to an unfortunate increase in "no-shows" and last minute cancellations, a credit card or deposit is required to hold your reservation. A 50% deposit is REQUIRED for ALL NEW CLIENTS. If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Collective Belleza reserves the right to charge the full price of the service(s) reserved to your credit card.


Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee.

  • Less than 24-hours notice = 50% of reserved service(s).

  • No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s).


By confirming your appointment online or over the phone, you agree to the terms of this policy.

  • If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment/service at the full price.

  • More than 15 minutes late will be    considered a last minute      cancellation/reschedule and the

       above fee schedule will apply.


Payment Policy

Collective Belleza accepts credit card, zelle, or cash. Deposit is required at booking, which will be applied to your total, and balance is due upon the conclusion of your service.


Cell Phone Policy

Please silence your phone while in the office, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit. 


Minor Treatment Policy

Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment.  All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian. 


Return & Refund Policy

  • No refunds on services.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution.


  • No refunds or exchanges on products/items purchased. 


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


  • I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction!  If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call me to discuss your concerns.


Course Training Policy

  • Amount paid is not refundable under any circumstance, including, but not limited to emergency, sickness and travel issues.


  • Recording portion of the course is NOT permitted at any time. Photos are permitted.


  • Kit is included in the cost of the course.


  • Completion of the course does not guarantee employment.


  • Collective Belleza may use your image and likeness in photos and/or video for posting on social media and advertisements.


  • You will not defame, slander or libel Collective Belleza any of its subsidiaries.


  • You will represent yourself and Collective Belleza in a professional manner while in class.


  • You will be on time for the day scheduled for your course. Collective Belleza is not responsible for time or material missed due to tardiness.


  • Collective Belleza is not responsible for travel fees or fees incurred by students to participate in this course.


Privacy Policy 

This is my commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.


I respect the privacy of my customers and will not release any customer information to third parties.  I never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone.  Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Collective Belleza and customers.  I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.


If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let me know and your file will be updated.
